What gives you the most pride in the work that you do?

I gain pride in a variety of ways. I get the most pride in watching my team succeed. I manage a large team, and nothing makes me happier than watching them grow, develop and champion their work. Additionally, I gain pride when knowing that I’ve made my family proud or when I have the opportunity to impact someone’s life positively.

What’s your routine?

My routine is crazy depending on travel and timing. I live in Westchester so on a normal day I am an early riser and commute into NYC via Metro North Railroad. There is no typical work day for me, as I’m always on the go- which I love! However, ideally I can get home in time to go to the gym or get in a quick run with my wife, cook dinner, and catch some NBA or Yankee Baseball before bed. I’ve learned to love the dichotomy of living in the burbs & working in the city. I love the grind, but also appreciate the balance of having time away city life to unwind. And, yes…the commute sucks!

How would you describe your style and why do you choose that look?

I’m the complete opposite of those adopting the ever trending uniform look. I mix it up constantly. Sometimes very sporty, other times preppy, casual or even more of an urban/utility look. There’s no rhyme or reason other than I don’t want to settle on always looking the same. It keeps me on my toes.

What and who inspires you?

My wife. She is the total package. She is a Sports Med Nurse, who balances a crazy work schedule while pursuing Nurse Practitioner school, matching my crazy pace for adventure- all the while being the life of the party and lighting up every room she’s in. I’m inspired by her work ethic, sense of humor and love for family.

What advice do you have for people who want to achieve success?

I live by 3 guiding principles.

1. Bring purpose and excellence to all that you do.

2. Enjoy and treasure every single step of the journey.

3. Leave a fu*kin’ legacy
