Barber Surgeons Guild®’s Operations Manager, Hayley Stitham, oversees all aspects of our Outposts, ensuring we deliver a premium experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
Hayley was born and raised in New York City and made her way to Florida, studying Human Development at Eckerd College. During that time, Hayley traveled abroad and quickly became enthralled with hospitality, deciding that was where she was meant to be.
Combining her passion for cooking and helping people, Hayley held several management roles in restaurants, eventually finding her way back to home base and the land of more opportunity, New York. For ten years Hayley managed various hospitality spaces throughout the city, including restaurants, co-working spaces including a five year stint with celebrity Chef, Marc Murphy.
After being introduced to Barber Surgeons Guild® in 2016, Hayley was intrigued at the ability to combine a high-end luxury brand with a medical practice. As BSG grew, Hayley was a clear front runner for Operations Manager and officially joined the team in 2021.
While directly involved in decision-making and strategy, Hayley also manages to keep her finger on the pulse of the day-to-day, nurturing an ever-growing team and cultivating company culture.
